These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the customer and Haymetic regarding the sale of digital products, courses, e-books and customized products. By ordering a product or using a service, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of the products and services on the Haymetic website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
2.2 The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and receives confirmation from Haymetic.
2.3 Haymetic reserves the right to reject orders without giving reasons.
Prices and payment terms
3.1 The prices stated are in euros and include VAT.
3.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer, instant transfer, SEPA, purchase on account, Klarna, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
3.3 If you select the payment method, processing is carried out via the respective payment service provider (Stripe, Revolut, PayPal).
3.4 The customer undertakes to pay the amount due within the specified payment period. This would be within 24 hours, except for bank transfer within 48 hours or 2 working days. The exception to this is the purchase on account option, where you have a payment deadline of up to 4 weeks.

Delivery and access to digital content
4.1 Digital products, courses and e-books, etc. will be made available to the customer for download via email after receipt of payment. Except for purchases on account, where you receive the goods first and pay later.
4.2 The customer is responsible for securing and protecting the downloaded content. 
4.3 Customized products, such as frequencies or numerology analysis, are created individually after ordering and receipt of payment and cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled.
Right of withdrawal and right of return
5.1 Due to the nature of digital content and customized products, there is no right of withdrawal or right of return.
5.2 From the time courses, frequencies, nunerology and e-books are accessed or downloaded, there is no longer any right of return or cancellation option. Exception when taking out a subscription, if you want to end a subscription, please write a short email to with your name and booking number.


data protection
6.1 Haymetic treats all of the customer's personal data confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.2 The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract or the customer has given his express consent. If this is the case, you will be informed in advance.
